GRSS Account Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage key client relationships within the GRSS team to drive customer satisfaction and retention. You will identify upsell opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll stay ahead of market developments and regulatory changes to help clients navigate benchmarks and market structure. This is an opportunity to shape client solutions at scale and contribute to sustainable, innovative capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients and build senior-level relationships
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide business updates to clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and commercial expansion
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Operations and Business Development to ensure successful client outcomes
• Support commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contractual arrangements
• Represent the business professionally in client meetings and industry events
• Maintain awareness of benchmark regulation, market structure and governance and engage with regulators as appropriate

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline
• Experience in account management, client relationship management or commercial roles within financial markets
• Understanding of derivatives, futures, OTC markets, trading platforms, financial benchmarks, market data and trading infrastructure
• Understanding of benchmark regulation frameworks including BMR and IOSCO Principles
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
• Strong commercial awareness and solution-oriented mindset
