Overview
Bitsight, a cyber risk management leader, seeks a Strategic Account Manager to own a strategic territory across the UK, South Africa, and Benelux. You will advise senior executives, manage multi-stakeholder buying committees, and drive retention, expansion, and upsell with Bitsight’s enterprise clients. You will forecast deals precisely and coordinate cross-functional teams to structure complex deals. This role offers exposure to large-scale accounts and a chance to shape Bitsight’s roadmap for cyber risk management in major markets.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a strategic territory plan across the UK, South Africa, and Benelux to maximize retention, expansion, and upsell with enterprise accounts
- Act as the primary strategic advisor to senior executives, positioning Bitsight as a key partner in enterprise-level cyber risk management
- Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement processes typical of large enterprises
- Articulate business and technical value of Bitsight offerings to technical and executive audiences
- Build and maintain C-level relationships across assigned strategic accounts
- Forecast deals monthly and quarterly with high precision given account complexity
- Identify client goals and align Bitsight’s roadmap and value proposition accordingly
- Develop and execute sophisticated account plans and multi-threaded sales campaigns
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive complex deal structures and resolve escalations
- Proactively mitigate churn risk across a portfolio of high-value, high-complexity accounts
- Maintain accurate account and contact information in the CRM
Key requirements
- 3-4+ years as Strategic Account Manager or equivalent enterprise-level account management
- Experience managing Enterprise accounts with complex multi-stakeholder relationships, long sales cycles, and large contract values
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business
- SaaS experience required
- Cyber security and cyber risk management experience highly valued
- Fluency in English mandatory
- Experience operating within the UK market; experience in South Africa and/or Benelux valued
- Strong track record of growing strategic, top-tier accounts
- Advanced territory and contract management for multi-year enterprise agreements
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for high-stakes accounts
- Advanced consultative and solution-selling skills with executive influence
