Overview

You will shape the web experience from first visit to lead, demo, signup, and trial, using product design thinking to reduce friction and boost conversions. Collaborating with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engi­neering, you translate insights into tangible, measurable experiments and improved interfaces. You’ll own parts of the Web Growth roadmap and push for data-informed improvements. This role combines strategic problem solving with hands-on design and prototyping in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Join a team shaping digital experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows to improve engagement and trial starts
  • Collaborate with Growth, Self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to turn opportunities into buildable experiences
  • Use user insights and funnel data to define hypotheses and measure impact
  • Apply product design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, responsiveness, and accessibility
  • Prototype in Figma and code, leveraging AI tools where useful, within shared components and brand systems
  • Contribute to the Web Growth roadmap, bringing ideas beyond execution briefs

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in web, product, growth, or related design role with a strong shipped, conversion-focused portfolio
  • Growth mindset with track record in design, growth frameworks, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis
  • Experience designing and iterating on experiments, including A/B tests or data-informed approaches
  • B2B SaaS experience is a plus
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills with attention to typography, hierarchy, detail, and polish
  • Comfort working within an existing design system and brand while identifying improvement opportunities
  • AI fluency: experience using AI in design (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma Make) and ability to explain workflow impact
