Overview

In this role you will perform comprehensive material and product analysis to ensure quality and compliance, supporting timely customer service. You will work within the Quality discipline to uphold regulatory standards and GMP practices, tackling testing, documentation, and instrument maintenance. You’ll contribute to method transfers and qualification studies, helping scale quality processes across manufacturing. Responsibilities

  • Test and analyze components, raw materials, bulk, CIP samples, water systems and finished product per SOPs and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver efficient, customer-focused testing to ensure timely results
  • Process, maintain and archive QC documentation accurately to support GMP and customer service
  • Set development goals and maintain accurate training records
  • Monitor and procure laboratory consumables to ensure timely testing
  • Maintain instrument calibration and performance checks
  • Assist with method transfer to align with manufacturing plans
  • Assist with qualification studies on existing and new methods

Key requirements

  • Science degree in a relevant discipline
  • Working laboratory experience
  • Pharmaceutical experience operating to regulatory standards (desirable)
  • Understanding of cGMP/GLP/Regulatory/Health and safety (desirable)
  • Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (FT-IR, UV-Vis, HPLC) (desirable)
  • Desirable: SoloVPE, PA800 and SmartScope
  • Strong communication and teamwork
