Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic renal nurse to support Renal Home Therapies (RHT) with PD and HHD training and teaching responsibilities. You will work with the MDT to enhance patient care at home and in training units, coordinating programs and ensuring patients are supported through their home therapies.
The role requires substantial renal experience, a relevant renal course, and the ability to travel for home/community visits.
