Overview

In this role you will support Stantec’s North American fleet program, working closely with employees, managers, vendors, and service providers to ensure vehicles are acquired, maintained, and retired in alignment with company needs. You will be the primary point of contact for fleet inquiries and help drive efficient operations across the region. Your work will enable reliable, compliant mobility for the organization while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role with opportunities to build a long-term career in fleet management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for fleet-related inquiries from employees and managers
  • Assist with vehicle acquisitions, deliveries, transfers, replacements, and disposals
  • Maintain accurate vehicle, driver, and asset data in fleet systems
  • Coordinate vehicle registrations, renewals, title documents, and insurance certificates
  • Manage inquiries via the Fleet Management shared inbox
  • Collaborate with dealerships, leasing providers, maintenance vendors, upfitters, and internal stakeholders
  • Support fleet reporting, recordkeeping, and data validation
  • Assist with invoice processing and fleet-related financial activities
  • Support vehicle replacement planning and lifecycle management
  • Help internal stakeholders understand fleet programs, procedures, and requirements
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships across North America
