Responsibilities

• Lead complex cloud migration and transformation projects from inception to completion
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes
• Develop and execute program-level planning and adapt strategies as objectives evolve
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams
• Drive decisions and mitigate program risks/issues
• Establish governance, structure, and communication plans for programs
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align to customer outcomes
• Distill customer needs into actionable technical requirements and map to business outcomes

Key requirements

• Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams
• Experience delivering IT projects with external customers or equivalents
• Experience in program or engagement management leading other project managers
• Experience with Agile and PM toolsets (Jira, Rally, VersionOne, Taiga)

• Executive-level communication with C-suite and business stakeholders
• Stakeholder management
• Risk assessment and issue resolution
• AWS proficiency and certifications
• Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework
