Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and define architectural approach for backend systems
• Mentor engineers and foster professional growth within the team
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve platform robustness
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade REST APIs and microservices
• Ensure scalable data access across SQL and NoSQL databases
• Maintain containerised deployments using Docker and Kubernetes in Azure
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices
