Overview
In this role you will partner with leadership to shape long-term planning and strategic options for Google’s energy portfolio. You will coordinate across Legal, Finance, Policy, and Infrastructure to drive cross-team collaboration and complex initiatives. You will scope and deliver high-impact projects from framing to execution, removing bottlenecks and building the playbooks and training that sustain growth. You will own the operating rhythm for leadership, ensuring timely reporting and decision-making across geographies. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to enable scalable energy programs at a global tech leader.
Responsibilities
- Advise leadership on long-term business planning and strategic option evaluation
- Coordinate across Legal, Finance, Policy, and Infrastructure to improve cross-team alignment
- Lead and deliver business-critical projects from framing to execution
- Identify and remove operational bottlenecks and build playbooks, resources, and training
- Own the leadership operating schedule, oversee executive reporting, and coordinate leadership meetings
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects with technical energy experts and business teams
- Experience in the energy sector, energy markets, infrastructure, and AI tools
