Lead Site Manager – New Residential Development | £70k+Car

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to lead a brand-new residential development in Shepton Mallet, Somerset. You will take charge of day-to-day delivery from site set-up through to completion, coordinating trades and ensuring quality and safety standards.

The role requires proven delivery experience in residential construction, working for housebuilders or main contractors, with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
