Overview
In this Contracts Manager role, you will oversee multiple restoration and refurbishment projects for a well-established main contractor. You’ll coordinate across sites in Hertfordshire and London, ensuring delivery to high standards on residential, commercial, and listed buildings. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain momentum on ongoing and upcoming projects, driving quality and efficiency. This is a growth-focused opportunity within a reputable firm that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques. A UK driving licence is required to manage site-based projects.
Responsibilities

- Background with reputable Main Contractor
- Experience on refurbishment/restoration projects (residential and commercial)
