Responsibilities

• Handle a wide array of banking and finance matters (real estate, project/infrastructure, corporate, acquisition, fund, asset-based lending, derivatives, structured finance).
• Manage own matters with appropriate supervision.
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients across various sectors.
• Engage in business development and client initiatives.
• Receive ongoing training, mentoring and career development support.

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ PQE in banking and finance
• Experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
• Confidence managing transactions and client relationships
• Collaborative, proactive and ambitious approach
• SRA registered solicitor
