Project Administrator – Remote – Umbrella

Overview

In this remote contract role, you coordinate large or complex data initiatives within a leading pensions business. You’ll support the Pension Administration team on complex schemes and ensure accuracy and compliance with scheme rules and legislation. You will verify calculations, build testing matrices, and help identify process improvements. This position offers a hands-on role in data-driven pension projects and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive reliable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large or complex data initiatives
• Check others’ work for accuracy and compliance with Scheme rules, procedures, and legislation
• Support the team in aspects of complex pension scheme projects
• Check calculations and output of complex data exercises
• Build calculation matrices for testing complex system calculations against expected output
• Identify process problems and opportunities to improve

Key requirements

• In depth knowledge of DB occupational pension schemes
• A relevant degree, QPA or progress with PMI examinations is desirable with experience in pension administration
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
