Overview
In this role you drive the planning and digital delivery of highly complex construction projects. You’ll translate schedules into actionable plans, surface prioritised actions for cross-functional teams, and help projects meet high standards of delivery. You work within our Project Management Consultancy and Project Planning Team to develop scalable, repeatable practices and tools. This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity in a fast-growing firm that values learning and real impact.

Responsibilities
- Own the project plan for one or more projects and keep it effective, including delay mitigation and commercial impact
- Ensure the team understands and focuses on the plan and overcome resistance
- Provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels
- Develop scalable, repeatable best practices and tools with the team for long-term impact
- Support personal and professional development of teammates and educate clients to improve performance
Key requirements
- Construction engineering background with 2+ years of project experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English with strong communication and influence
- Proactive, self-led leadership and ability to challenge others
