Responsibilities

• Manage audit engagements from planning through completion
• Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards
• Review and finalise audit reports and financial statements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Maintain strong client relationships and address queries promptly
• Identify and address areas for process improvement within audits
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery
• Stay updated on changes in audit regulations and best practices

Key requirements

• Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• At least 2.5 years’ client-facing audit experience
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
• Experience managing audit projects and leading teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
