Overview

In this role, you will support the Head of Finance M&A to drive the One Ricoh Finance agenda, integrating acquisitions and aligning new and existing businesses with Ricoh’s operating model. You will standardise processes, embed governance and reporting, and enable data-driven decisions to support scalable growth. You’ll bridge strategy, finance, and operations across the acquisition lifecycle, contributing to efficient integrations and value creation. The role offers exposure to global finance activities, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to shape financial integration at scale. Responsibilities

  • Support integration of acquired companies into Ricoh’s finance model (Finance, Administration, Procurement)
  • Ensure adherence to Ricoh Europe Finance Manual, Delegation of Authority, and internal policies
  • Contribute to standardisation of processes (payments, supplier approvals)
  • Liaise between NewCos, OpCos, and Ricoh Business Services
  • Design and deploy group-wide taxonomy for revenue classification and reporting
  • Ensure consistent financial reporting across OpCos and NewCos (revenue, gross margin, profitability)
  • Develop profitability reporting architecture and dashboards
  • Drive a single source of truth via data governance and system alignment
  • Support AI-enabled business process improvements and CRM/ERP alignment
  • Assist in deploying time allocation tools and policies across NewCos entities
  • Provide financial support in building business cases and during DD for M&A
  • Lead or coordinate finance integration roadmap

Key requirements

  • Auditor or Controller experience in international environments or top-tier consulting
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience applying AI to business processes
  • Proficient with M365; knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft; Hyperion for consolidation
  • Ideally degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification (preferred in business administration or finance)
  • Comfort with risk/ambiguity and ability to form opinions
  • Logical, strategic, data-driven decision-making mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously and support Head of Finance M&A across acquisitions
