As Client Sales Manager, GSI, you drive strategic growth within the UK GSI market by shaping and closing large, value-driven deals. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage key alliances, and steer complex negotiations to secure long-term value for customers and VodafoneThree. This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced, partnership-driven business that connects organizations with cutting-edge tech like 5G and IoT. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our enterprise footprint while championing an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through within the GSI ecosystem
- Build and nurture strategic alliances delivering long-term value
- Lead cross-functional teams to pursue high-value opportunities and increase win rates
- Manage a portfolio of GSI accounts and identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate large-scale deals (over 1 million) and related contracting
- Drive revenue growth while balancing profitability and customer value
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to regional goals and provide forecasting insights
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives
- Contribute to regional strategy and influence future business direction
- Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing team culture
Key requirements
- Experience with GSIs and/or large corporates in the UK market
- Track record of winning complex, high-value sales and managing negotiations
- Ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and strategic growth focus
- Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration
- Well-organized with ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
