Overview
In this role you will develop, maintain and manage detailed schedules for MEP works to ensure on-time delivery. You will work closely with project teams to coordinate multidisciplinary activities and provide up-to-date programme information throughout the project lifecycle. Proficiency in Asta Powerproject is essential for planning and progress monitoring. You will identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and support project managers with clear reporting and stakeholder updates. This is a North West-based permanent opportunity with a focus on delivering complex MEP projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and manage detailed project schedules for MEP works
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align activities
- Utilise Asta Powerproject for planning and progress monitoring
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule
- Provide accurate programme information to project managers and stakeholders
- Produce clear progress reports and support project governance
Key requirements
- Extensive experience in planning MEP projects
- Proficient in Asta Powerproject
- Strong knowledge of MEP construction processes and sequencing
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules
