Overview
In this Planner role, you will maintain and coordinate the integrated master programme for hospital projects, ensuring all workstreams, milestones and risks are reflected in a single plan. You will work closely with the Trust, CNH/Vercity, Skanska and contractors to align inputs and optimize delivery. You will monitor progress, produce dashboards and updates, and identify delays or changes to recovery plans. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and manage the master programme
- Integrate plans across fire safety, lifecycle, Schedule 38, defects, capital works, operational activities and Trust-led workstreams
- Identify dependencies, programme interfaces, conflicts and critical path activities
- Coordinate programme inputs across CNH/Vercity, the Trust, Skanska, contractors and project teams
- Monitor programme progress against milestones and key deliverables, producing dashboards, reports and planning updates while identifying actual and forecast delays, programme changes and emerging constraint
- Identify and escalate programme risks, conflicts and recovery requirements to the Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders
