Responsibilities
- Assist the Engineering Manager with continuous improvement initiatives to extend machine life and boost efficiency
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed
- Execute corrective actions when required
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and prioritise engineering issues
- Accurately document Corrective Action and Preventative Maintenance activities
- Assist with facilities maintenance and development
Key requirements
- Experience as an engineer in a production/manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments (desirable but not essential)
- Good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams) to operate the ERP system
- Interest in future technology and equipment to support state-of-the-art manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
