Data & AI Strategy – Manager

Overview

In this role you shape data and AI strategy for clients, translating insights into value and guiding large-scale transformations. You work with senior stakeholders to define roadmaps, build AI-first operating models, and embed Responsible AI. You connect technology, business outcomes, and ecosystem partnerships to drive measurable growth and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Shape and structure data and AI strategy to enable growth and competitive advantages
• Assess AI and data maturity and define building blocks for an AI-first organization
• Create business case, investment profile, and roadmap for strategy delivery
• Infuse Responsible AI into vision and roadmap and plan ecosystem partnerships
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to operationalize AI solutions
• Develop strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities
• Lead large-scale delivery and manage senior stakeholder engagement

Key requirements

• AI & Data experience including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
• High-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery and leadership of workstreams
• Experience managing senior stakeholders
• Engineering problem-solver mindset applying technology to business problems
• Strong program management and verbal/written communication skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial with ability to originate and shape deals and go-to-market activities
• Excellent leadership and people skills to build teams and relationships
