Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and key technology decisions for scalable products
- Co-create solutions with client teams and mentor them in Agile practices
- Direct project workstreams and drive delivery of impactful, user-centric software
- Shape technical strategy and ensure engineering excellence across teams
- Collaborate with client leadership to influence digital strategies and growth
Key requirements
- 7-8+ years in software development with strong full-stack web experience
- Experience across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind) and backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET)
- Proficiency with databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Hands-on with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, and containerization (Docker) plus CI/CD
- Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and reliability
- Experience coaching engineering best practices and leading Agile teams
- Excellent time management and English communication skills
