Overview
In this role you will service, perform regular maintenance (PPM) and provide technical support for fire alarm systems. You’ll work on addressable and conventional systems and gain exposure to the latest fire alarm technology. You’ll receive comprehensive product training and develop your career within a supportive project-delivery culture. This position combines hands-on field work with opportunities to collaborate across teams and sites, including on-site London assignments.

Responsibilities
- Service and maintain fire alarm systems (addressable and conventional)
- Perform servicing and PPM on client systems
- Provide technical support to clients and colleagues
- Cover other areas as needed and travel to sites
- Maintain professional service with attention to detail and customer satisfaction
Key requirements
- Proven and demonstrable experience in fire alarm systems maintenance
- Familiarity with BS5839 standards
- FIA or equivalent training is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional and detail-oriented service delivery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
