Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Technical Coordinators on site
• Coordinate design development and construction technicalities
• drive value engineering and site optimisation to maximise project returns
• Ensure compliance with current design legislation and building codes
• Report to Senior Technical Managers and Technical Director and maintain clear communication
• Support on-site problem solving and decision making in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee delivery on a major residential-led scheme from mid-project
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with programme and budget

Key requirements

• Experience on major residential-led construction projects with house builders, developers, or consultancies
• Background in architecture with progression to Technical Coordination and Management
• Up-to-date knowledge of design legislation for large buildings
