Overview

In this role you drive the master expansion timeline for Fuse Energy, coordinating engineering, operations and business functions to land fast, ambitious growth. You will own planning artifacts and the schedule that the entire company follows, balancing priorities as new information arrives. By translating a complex expansion plan into a clear, owner-assigned timeline, you help Fuse scale its solar, storage, grid, and trading initiatives. You will surface risks early and steer tradeoffs to keep delivery on track, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impact. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape a rapidly growing energy platform that aims to lower costs for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the master expansion timeline end-to-end, mapping workstreams and dependencies and tracking milestones
  • Develop and maintain the plan of record (Gantt charts, roadmaps, critical path) for company-wide alignment
  • Coordinate across engineering, operations, and other functions, adjusting priorities as needed
  • Surface risks and drive tradeoff discussions to keep expansion on schedule
  • Translate fast-moving plans into a clear timeline with defined owners and dates
  • Run cadence of updates, checkpoints, and escalations to keep all workstreams accountable

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related quantitative field
  • Experience as a technical program manager or program/project lead on multi-workstream programs with hard deadlines
  • Fluent with timeline and project-planning tools and adept at building/defending a Gantt chart
  • Comfort working with engineers and operators, translating between technical and business teams
