Overview
In this role you will manage water-sector programmes, driving financial efficiency and successful delivery from inception to completion. You’ll lead collaborative teams, implement continuous improvement, and ensure strong governance and stakeholder engagement. You’ll exploit your analytical skills to align strategy with project delivery, while coaching teams to increase capability and safety. This is a UK-based opportunity (Brighton or Southampton) within the PMCM team, offering growth across advisory services and a focus on sustainable infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Manage benefits, costs and commercial aspects of programmes to ensure value and financial efficiency
- Oversee projects from inception to completion to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Report performance metrics with accuracy and drive process improvements
- Lead in collaborative improvement and change management, promoting accountability and safety
- Conduct independent research and synthesize information to inform strategy and stakeholder alignment
- Manage risk, negotiate proactively, and enable effective stakeholder engagement for informed decision-making
Key requirements
- Relevant experience as a programme manager
- Experience in water sector would be preferable
- Track record of leading and managing teams to achieve outcomes
- APM Qualified or equivalent would be preferred
