Senior Healthcare Lead – Shift Supervisor (Care Homes)

Razr Corp, across the Thanet District residential care homes, is recruiting for a Senior Healthcare Assistant Plus to lead day or night shifts and oversee care delivery. You will supervise staff, coordinate tasks, maintain records and support quality assurance while delivering person-centred care.

The role requires at least 2 years in health and social care, Leadership experience, and NVQ/QCF Level 3 preferred.
