People Systems Analyst

Overview

As the People Systems Analyst at Teya, you own the HR systems landscape and ensure reliable, scalable configurations and integrations. You will automate handoffs, build workflows, and keep data accurate to support the People team and broader operations. You’ll collaborate with vendors, develop reports, and continuously improve processes to reduce manual work. Your work directly impacts how smoothly the People team runs in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain HR system configurations across the People department
• Build integrations and workflows connecting systems and tools
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate vendor support
• Maintain clear system documentation
• Create operational reports and data for teams
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Support testing for new features and process improvements
• Monitor system performance and flag issues early
• Support improvements to processes and systems

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with HiBob and Jira (essential)
• Experience building integrations, workflows, and automations
• Strong reporting and data skills including advanced Excel; SQL is a plus
• Methodical troubleshooter with focus on data integrity
• Attention to detail and ability to manage vendors and support tickets
• Clear communicator with ability to document and explain systems to non-technical colleagues
• Experience with Deel is a nice-to-have
