Solicitor or Associate – Property Litigation – Bristol – Hybrid

Overview

As a Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate, you will handle a broad, high-quality caseload advising clients from commercial entities to individuals. You’ll work alongside experienced practitioners in a Bristol team known for sophisticated real estate disputes, including telecoms and development matters. You’ll take ownership, contribute to client strategy, and develop expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment. This role offers mentoring, strong progression, and the opportunity to shape complex property disputes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a wide range of property disputes (landlord/tenant, rights of light, covenant breaches)
• Supporting and managing litigation, including complex contractual and development disputes
• Assisting with telecoms and infrastructure matters, including Electronic Communications Code issues
• Working with senior lawyers and contributing to client strategy and case management
