Product Manager

Overview

In this role you will own the roadmap and vision for the Performance API platform, delivering real-time streaming, snapshot, historical and entitlement data. You’ll translate customer needs into scalable API products and guide delivery in a SAFe environment, partnering with engineering, operations and sales. Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, vision and priorities for the Performance API platform (streaming, snapshot, historical, metadata, entitlement)
• Conduct customer interviews and market research to identify requirements and opportunities
• Define and monitor product KPIs (adoption, latency, scalability, service quality, satisfaction)
• Translate business requirements into features, acceptance criteria and measurable success metrics within SAFe
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, compliance, sales and product teams to deliver API capabilities

Key requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial market data
• Experience delivering market data platforms, APIs or data services
• Direct engagement with customers (interviews, support, pre-sales)
• Understanding of streaming and request/response architectures, API design
• Ability to write sample code to validate user experience, familiarity with AI tools
• Understanding of compliance, regulatory and commercial requirements for financial information vendors (entitlement management, auditability, data governance)
