Senior Manager, Ethics & Regulatory Compliance

Overview

In this role you join a growing ERC team to help organisations embed governance, risk and compliance capabilities. You will work with clients across industries to assess maturity, design frameworks, and implement processes and technology to address evolving regulatory obligations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pragmatic, risk-based solutions that enable responsible business. The opportunity combines advisory depth with the chance to influence how organisations prepare for and respond to regulatory change.

Responsibilities

• Perform current-state maturity assessments and gap analyses with recommendations for improvement
• Help clients achieve regulatory readiness (reg-ready) and identify ethics and compliance risks and controls
• Design and implement governance, risk, ethics or compliance frameworks and processes
• Support identification of pragmatic opportunities to enhance capabilities via process and technology improvements
• Lead and deliver communications, presentations, and workshops to senior stakeholders
• Work across multiple industries and contribute to an integrated, cross-service line offering
• Manage projects and contribute to business development when needed

Key requirements

• Proven background in Governance, Risk, Ethics and/or Compliance in industry or professional services
• Experience designing and implementing governance, risk, ethics or compliance frameworks or processes
• Understanding of how Ethics & Compliance integrates with governance, risk, controls and assurance
• Ability to identify compliance risks and mitigating controls
• Adaptability to client challenges and cross-sector delivery
• Track record across a range of regulatory topics
• Flexibility to work on advisory and assurance projects and across diverse client needs
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
