You will mentor junior lawyers and contribute to sector growth while navigating complex commercial documentation. Responsibilities

• Advise on BESS supply agreements with global manufacturers
• Draft and negotiate EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and LTSA
• Manage component warranties and related commercial documentation
• Support clean energy project developments, acquisitions, and disposals
• Collaborate with construction, real estate, corporate, finance, planning, and environment teams
• Contribute to strategic sector growth and mentor junior team members

Key requirements

• At least 4 years PQE in construction, commercial, or projects within the clean energy sector
• Experience with transactional matters or infrastructure projects involving BESS, solar PV, wind, hydro, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging, or district heating
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across disciplines
