Overview
In this role you will lead complex client engagements across financial services and energy to design and implement robust resilience and cyber risk frameworks. You will advise on PRA and DORA regulatory expectations and shape transformation programmes, while driving capability growth and governance. You will leverage AI-enabled workflows with responsible oversight to accelerate insights and delivery. This position offers impact across risk, technology, and third‑party resilience in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Responsibilities
- Lead operational resilience assessments, scenario testing and control implementation programmes
- Advise on regulatory readiness for PRA, DORA and related resilience frameworks
- Oversee cyber, third‑party and vendor resilience assessments with AI-enabled analytics where suitable
- Design governance models, IBS, ITOL, dashboards and reporting with robust oversight when AI tools are used
- Lead cyber and technology resilience transformation initiatives including tooling and cloud security, contributing to business development and capability growth
Key requirements
- Extensive experience delivering operational resilience, cyber risk, and third‑party risk transformation in financial services, energy, or management consulting
- Strong understanding of PRA, DORA and related resilience standards
- Proven track record leading complex transformation programmes including scenario testing and operating model changes
- Experience with approved AI tools, automation or advanced analytics in resilience and risk management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management to influence senior stakeholders
