Senior Manager Operations Strategy (f/m/d)

Overview

In this role you manage daily operations and long-term planning across multiple manufacturing functions, helping TE achieve production and efficiency targets. You lead staffing, development and performance management for operations staff and management, and translate strategic objectives to business, sales and engineering leaders. You drive process improvements in production, cost and quality control to enable operational excellence. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to support TE’s mission and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and long-term planning for multiple manufacturing functions
• Lead staffing, development and performance management for operations staff and management team
• Plan, direct, and monitor production activities to meet or exceed targets
• Cascade strategic objectives to business, sales, and engineering leadership
• Foster process improvements related to production, cost, and quality control mechanisms

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master’s with 10+ years, or PhD with 6+ years, or local equivalent
