Head of OT – Mental Health (Maternity Cover)

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a Head of Department for Occupational Therapy on a fixed-term maternity cover basis at Godden Green, Sevenoaks. The role leads the OT team (1 OT and 1 OTA) and administers assessment and intervention for adults with mental health needs within a multidisciplinary setting.

The post requires HCPC registration, experience with severe mental health conditions, and ability to deliver individual and group therapies, while coordinating care from admission through discharge.
