AI Support Analyst

Overview

In this role you will help maintain DAZN’s 24/7 global streaming platform by using AI-driven observability to detect risks and prevent incidents. You’ll bridge human judgement with machine intelligence, validating AI insights against live metrics and collaborating with support and engineering teams. This operational, analytical role focuses on turning complex data into actionable findings to improve reliability. It’s a hands-on position that offers impact across live broadcasts and platform health.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify anomalies and early warning signals using AI-driven monitoring
• Use prompt-based analysis to surface patterns across OTT and broadcast environments
• Validate AI insights against dashboards, metrics, and telemetry
• Identify recurring trends and escalate findings to Platform, DSC and Engineering
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd Line Support to correlate AI signals with incidents
• Maintain and improve a library of prompts, queries and workflows
• Produce concise summaries for daily reports and shift handovers
• Feed learnings back into the AI Operations roadmap

Key requirements

• Experience in technical operations, monitoring, or support in high-availability environments (media, streaming, telecoms or SaaS preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret high-volume system data
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Amplitude or similar)
• Confidence with AI-assisted tools and effective prompting
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for non-technical audiences
• Calm, structured approach to investigation, prioritisation, and escalation in live environments
• High attention to detail with continuous-improvement mindset
• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 model
