Client Success & Relationship Lead

Charles River Development seeks an Associate Client Manager to support the Relationship Management team in London. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and coordinating with CRD product, implementation, technology and service teams to deliver strong client outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in client-facing or project roles within financial services, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel 20%-40% annually.
