Senior Growth Marketing Analyst — Hybrid London + ESOPs

Fresha in London is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own campaign performance and CRM/lifecycle strategy across B2C and B2B surfaces as the business scales. Four days in office, Wednesdays remote; salary £75,000 – £85,000 + ESOPs.

Reporting to the Head of Analytics, you will partner with Performance Marketing, Brand, Product Growth, CRM and Analytics teams to turn data into actionable insights, design experiments, and drive growth with SQL, Python and dbt.
