We’re working with a leading global organisation that is investing heavily in AI, innovation and modern software engineering.

They’re looking for a talented Software Engineer to join a growing AI & Innovation team, building intelligent applications that solve real business problems at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and services
• Build scalable solutions using Python, APIs and cloud technologies
• Work with cutting-edge AI tools, LLMs and automation platforms
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to turn ideas into impactful products
• Champion engineering best practices across testing, CI/CD and software delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Strong software engineering experience (a minimum of 4 years), ideally with Python, and ideally from a Financial Services environment.
• Experience building production-grade applications and APIs
• Solid understanding of modern development practices and Agile delivery
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for AI, emerging technologies and continuous learning

Bonus Experience

• OpenAI, Anthropic or other LLM platforms
• Agentic AI, RAG or AI orchestration frameworks
• AWS or cloud-native development
• AI governance, evaluation and responsible AI practices
