Entrepreneurial Recruiter – Engineering & Construction

National Skills Agency is launching a new recruitment division in Derby, focusing on blue-collar engineering and construction roles. You’ll own a hands-on 360° desk, responsible for business development, client management and candidate delivery.

This role offers autonomy to shape the division, build candidate communities and forge long-term relationships with employers and the wider group to explore skills and training opportunities.
