Cross-Department Team Assistant

Bird & Bird in London is seeking a Team Assistant to provide support across Practice groups and Business Services, working 11am–7pm. You will gain exposure to multiple departments and collaborate with Team Executives and Executive Assistants on a daily basis.

The role requires flexibility to support multiple departments and to learn the tools used by the firm. ILEX/CILEX PA training is desirable, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and professional communication.
