In this role, you will support Adults Social Care by conducting financial assessments to determine client contributions for care, ensuring fair, accurate billing and timely payments to providers. You will work within the Financial Assessment Team to deliver a professional, customer‑focused service to vulnerable adults. The position sits in a collaborative environment that values learning, flexibility, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Complete financial assessments to determine contribution toward care costs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation and guidance
- Issue and reconcile invoices to ensure correct billing for care and support services
- Process payments to residential and nursing care providers accurately and on time
- Respond to enquiries from colleagues, service users and providers with clear information and support
- Support vulnerable adults accessing social care services with a professional, customer-focused approach
