Overview
In this role you will support risk management across complex construction commissions, helping to implement risk frameworks and drive performance. You will build client relationships, facilitate risk workshops, and integrate risk with PMO and planning disciplines to enable safe, efficient delivery at pace. You will contribute to a net zero transition by proactively identifying and mitigating risks and carbon emissions during delivery. This is a client-facing, impact-focused opportunity in a leading construction consultancy.

Responsibilities
- Support risk management performance and implement risk frameworks across assigned commissions
- Deliver risk workshops and provide advice to project teams on risks to objectives
- Maintain and monitor risk mitigation action plans with owners and updated project plans
- Assist with delivery of quantitative risk analysis (cost and time) and monthly risk reporting
- Engage with PMO and Planning to integrate risk activities and ensure alignment with client requirements
- Support more junior risk managers and project staff
- Collaborate to contribute to net zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions reductions
Key requirements
- Experience on complex construction projects
- Experience delivering risk management/assurance frameworks
- Working knowledge of risk tools and software (e.g., Active Risk Manager, Risk Hive, Primavera Risk Analyser, Primavera P6)
