Woodlands Hotel Leeds is seeking a dedicated Wedding Coordinator to manage weddings and civil ceremonies from enquiry to event day at our boutique hotel near Leeds city centre. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Woodlands Hotel Leeds.
You will coordinate show rounds, discuss packages, liaise with hotel departments and external suppliers, and ensure timelines, room setups and catering are delivered to high standards, with a focus on guest experience and sales support.
