As an Associate Director, you will lead high-profile infrastructure projects, applying NEC3/NEC4 contracts to deliver outcomes for clients. You will mentor teams, shape strategy, and drive collaboration across public and private sectors. Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-discipline teams and coordinate advisors and clients across infrastructure lifecycles
  • Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts in project delivery or representative roles
  • Set and maintain high achievement standards, managing performance and resources
  • Champion health, safety, and wellbeing; apply CDM practices across teams
  • Anticipate client challenges and devise sustainable solutions aligned with stakeholder needs
  • Foster inclusive teamwork and build long-term client and partner relationships
  • Coach, mentor, and develop colleagues to grow best practices and potential
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve program goals

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience managing infrastructure projects and programmes across multiple sectors
  • Proven success challenging status quo and setting strategy
  • Significant NEC3/NEC4 contract administration experience in a PM role or recent equivalent
  • Strong leadership and performance management capabilities
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and CDM requirements across teams
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and deliver practical solutions
  • Proven ability to cultivate client and stakeholder relationships and act as trusted advisor
