Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction operations on a large mixed-use project in London
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain schedule and quality
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality standards are met on site
• Monitor progress, risks, and changes, and report to senior management
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues and optimize delivery

Key requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working for a contractor
• Track record on multi-million pound schemes
• Experience on mixed-use projects
