Overview

In this role you will support the delivery of a £14m commercial project in South London, coordinating site activity and ensuring profitability. You work closely with the contracts team to manage subcontractors, payments, and valuations while meeting strict deadlines. Your experience with residential developers in London helps you navigate client expectations and project constraints. This opportunity lets you shape delivery on complex schemes in a respected contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and their payments, including re-measures, account meetings and site orders
• Liaise daily with the site supervisor and contracts manager to quote ongoing works
• Use initiative to maximise profitability and coordinate with production
• Manage workload to meet deadlines and ensure timely valuations aligned with client submission dates

Key requirements

• Track record working for residential developers in London
• Degree qualified or construction qualification/experience
• Excellent all-round construction skills
• Able to commute to London
