Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronics for medical devices
- Solve complex design challenges in regulated environments
- Contribute to invention and development across diverse device areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on site in Cambridge
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and EN 60601 standards
- Support product development through prototyping, testing, and documentation
- Contribute to sustaining a robust design and quality culture
- Drive technical excellence and mentoring within the team
Key requirements
- Experience in medical devices or highly regulated fields
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and EN 60601 standards
- Degree in electronics or related field (preferred; not strictly required if proven track record)
- Eligible to work in the EU (EU passport or independent visa)
- Strong electronics design capabilities
- Proven track record in developing a range of medical devices
