In this Contracts Manager role, you will lead on-site project execution for high end commercial fit-out works, primarily with glazed partitioning. You will collaborate with main contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and defect-free completion. The position connects you to a busy portfolio with major projects and a focus on safety and coordination. This is an opportunity to shape delivery on premium interiors and support a growing contractor in London.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site project execution for the assigned project(s)
• Issue weekly progress reports to the Main Contractor
• Attend site progress meetings on-site and at head office
• Coordinate material deliveries and daily workload of fixers and labourers per programme
• Coordinate works with sub-contractors to ensure fit and sequencing
• Maintain Health & Safety on site
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and defect-free

Key requirements

• Track record with a reputable glazed partitioning contractor
• Glazed partitioning background essential
• High end commercial fit-out experience
• Experience as Project/Contracts Manager overseeing projects up to 6m in value
• London-based or commuting ability
