In this Cost Manager role, you will help drive cost control for major infrastructure projects in the Yorkshire region. You will work with client and contractor teams to monitor budgets, forecast costs, and manage contract changes within governance. Responsibilities
- Administer contracts aligned with project objectives and policies
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
- Proactively manage cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely applications
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams on deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering
- Manage contract change within governance and best practice
- Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy
Key requirements
